N. London Construction.Co.UK Ltd was formed by Nic London, a bricklayer by trade and a master builder in his own right. Nic started building extensions after leaving a well known housing developer. Having carried out works from the ground upwards including the services and finishes, Nic gradually expanded and employed personnel, teaching them his methods of building.

Hence the company has grown slowly and now employs many good tradesmen and has trained unskilled personnel to become good quality tradesmen, all specialising in new build homes, domestic dwelling extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments and where design and build knowledge is required. The company also carries out bespoke joinery and conservatory installation.

Our company ethos is that building is not just about building and making a profit, it is an art from which every tradesman should be able to stand back and be proud of once finished. It is also about partnership between the builder and the Client as often, the Client is unable to envisage the final finished product, where as the builder can, even before the work has commenced. We therefore feel it is essential that the builder is able to adapt the design to the Client’s requirements and to advise the Client of the advantages and disadvantages as the works proceed.

We believe communication is crucial in guiding the Client through the construction process, after all it is usually the most expensive venture a Client embarks upon which they may only carry out once or maybe twice in their lifetime.

Which is another reason why our company is committed to quality assurance and strives wherever possible to keep improving our Client services as companies are only as good as the people they employ!
